This process can be tricky but this exercise could help you determine the best route for you when it comes to working on your goals.

1.  Make time for “relax or workout”

Yes, I started it like this. You can become so overworked- very fast. Be sure you dedicate time in your schedule for you. Relaxing your brain and body or let’s call it rejuvenating your brain and body.

2. WorkSpace and Vibes

-When I am working on a goal, especially a goal that is a small piece to a master plan, it seems like I am running a factory. There are many pieces to the puzzle and tasks to be completed and it can get overwhelming. I suggest creating fun themes for the week. One way I do this is by selecting different “workspaces” One week I may be a local coffee shop, one week I move to my clubhouse and the other week I am in my living room with candles in the middle of the night.

3. Accountability

Accountability partners, mastermind groups are a great way to keep yourself in check. I love that I have a few friends who lend me their ears when I need to discuss the progress of my goals.
